Exhibit Structure

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids for furnishing all labor, equipment and materials
necessary to construct exhibit structure.
The Work requires the construction of a circa 1610 traditional, heavy timber framed exhibit
structure. The
structure shall be 22 x 38 (836 SF footprint) with riven clapboard siding and thatch
roofing.
Note: that an ICF foundation wall with footings has previously been constructed and shall
be incorporated into the structure. An additional 4 x 22 section of masonry foundation wall
and footings will be required to complete the structure.
