Exercise Support Specialist at HQ SACT
NATO's exercise programme is termed the Military Training and Exercise Programme (MTEP). The MTEP contains specific details of all NATO and some National exercises (where provided by Allies and Partners) such as dates, location, Training Audiences etc. This data is held electronically in the electronic-MTEP (e-MTEP) on the NATO Unclassified Public Area Network. The Training and Exercise (TREX) Branch at HQ SACT currently manages this function for HQ SACT; however the data on National exercises is neither complete nor comprehensive. A new requirement exists to further coordinate all National Exercises to develop the first NATO / National ‘Recognized Exercise Picture (REP)' and ensure this can be generated in future, through development of the eMTEP, to meet the requirements of NATO HQ, SACEUR and SACT. HQ SACT is seeking contractor support to perform the duties outlined in the SOW, working with existing members of the HQ SACT TREX branch.
