Executive Search Services
The intent of this solicitation is to develop a list of qualified contractors for the purpose of providing
professional/management level recruiting services for the county on an as needed basis. The county will
make multiple awards (listing of qualified contractors). The county will solicit mini-proposals from
contractors based on their selected level of knowledge and experience when assigning a firm to complete
position recruitments. The county makes no guarantee that contractors on the qualified list will be assigned
to perform job recruitments.
