University is soliciting proposals for an executive search firm for the purpose of
finding a Dean for the College of Pharmacy. In addition to the routine nomination and
recruitment activities that we undergo for our administrative searches, we seek a firm to help build an
excellent and diverse applicant pool. The contract will commence as soon as a suitable firm is identified.
