The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified executive search firms interested in providing recruitment services to locate a City Manager. This RFP provides prospective proposers with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by the City of Ocala to satisfy the needs as outlined in the scope of work. Proposers are strongly encouraged to carefully read the entire Request for Proposal.
