Executive Recruitment Services
The City of Prince George is requesting proposals for the provision of Executive Recruitment
Services.
The City is interested in hiring a recruitment firm to coordinate a targeted search for the vacant
position of Manager, CN Centre. Earlier this year, the City conducted its own recruitment and
those efforts failed to attract any qualified applicants.
CN Centre is the Citys premier multi-use event facility. It is home to the Prince George
Cougars, a WHL team, and is the site of numerous large-scale public events from concerts to
rodeos and everything in between. The Manager, CN Centre, is a high-profile role and is
responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the facility, managing our relationship with the
Prince George Cougars, negotiating contracts with vendors and promoters, and providing
leadership to the CN Centre team.
The salary range for the position is $77,902 - $91,713 per year.
