The Washington State Department of Transportation, hereafter called "WSDOT" is committed to hiring a highly qualified diverse workforce. To assist in hiring the best talent to upper management and executive level positions WSDOT may be using the services of professional executive recruitment firms.
The intent of this RFP is to select multiple executive recruitment firms to be used by the Department to meet its needs for filling upper management and executive level positions. Examples of the types of position anticipated range from Assistant Project Engineer up to Project Director.
