Executive Director duties
First 5 Tuolumne County Commission, ("Commission"), announces a Request for Proposals ("RFP") from qualified applicants or applicant agencies to deliver consultant services for Executive Director duties to the Commission. The following documents set forth the conditions of the RFP, the deliverables being sought and the basis for administering the selection process. The selected consultant will provide, for the FIRST 5 Tuolumne County Commission: operations support; strategic planning; fund allocation and contract management; program planning, development and evaluation; fiscal management; public and provider relations; leadership in promoting collaboration and integration of services; state-level involvement and advocacy; and tracking and compliance with legal requirements.
