The duly elected Board of Directors acting on behalf of the National Conference of State Fleet Administrators (NCSFA), hereafter referred to as OWNER, is soliciting proposals. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals for a private Contractor to act as an executive director for the NCSFA and manage its day-to-day business operations. The primary objective will be to manage and represent this professional organization with quality and professional management services at the lowest price. The proposals should provide quantitative and qualitative data that clearly describes their capability and cost and would be useful in comparing their services to other competitors.
