Exclusive Care Health Plan Consulting Services
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified mental health care
plan benefit advisors to provide and recommend several mental health care plan benefits that will enhance the
Countys support of Exclusive Cares health benefits and retirement plans. The County seeks a consultant that
can recommend quality benefits to our employees and retirees on a cost-effective basis. The Consultant must be
capable of providing a full range of services including, but not limited to, those itemized in Section 3 of this
document. Additionally, the consultant must be well versed in the employee benefits market, experienced in
advising comparable public agencies, able to provide legislative updates on both proposed and new legislation,
and work well with various levels of labor, staff and management.
