Exclusive Beverage Service Provider
The School District desires to partner with a nationally recognized organization (hereinafter referred to as the “Supplier) to provide soft drinks and water and/or isotonic beverages. This agreement will be exclusive to the School District owned or operated facilities. All products supplied under this agreement shall meet the Texas School Nutrition Policy as outlined by the Texas Department
of Agriculture.
