Excavating
The Invitation For Bid is intended to provide for the establishment of a Contract(s) to furnish Excavating and Earthmoving Services.
PERIOD OF CONTRACT: Date of Award through March 31, 2012.
The following heavy equipment services shall be bid on a price per hour basis.
- D8 sized dozer or approved equivalent and operator
- Motor Grader and operator
- backhoe, Dump Truck and operator
- 10 yard or larger Scraper and operator
Additionally, a mobilization fee shall be allowed for each event that does not result in a minimum 16 hours of service for each piece of equipment except the motor grader where the fee will apply for less than 8 hours of service per event.
Work to include construction and repair to terraces, waterways, fence lines, waterfowl marshes, roads, or any dirt work requiring heavy equipment.
