The Department requests proposals for the performance of and assistance with certain items of the risk-focused examination processes in the financial condition examinations of insurance companies domiciled in the state of Kansas in accordance with procedures established by the NAIC and contained in the 2010 NAIC Financial Condition Examiners Handbook, and supplemental procedures identified or developed by the Department.

Term of Contract: The term of this contract is for a period from the date of award until December 31, 2010 with three (3) additional one (1) year renewal(s) by written agreement of the parties.
