Examination Services
The City seeks proposals in response to this solicitation from civil service promotional process exam consultants qualified and experienced in the following areas:
oDeveloping a job analysis for promotional ranks within the Fire Service
oDevelopment and validation of a civil service written multiple-choice examination for each of the following ranks: fire specialist, lieutenant, captain, and battalion chief.
oDevelopment and execution of assessment center exercises for the purpose of promoting firefighters for the ranks of captain and battalion chief
The initial term of this contract is intended to be twenty-four (24) months and may be extended for up to two (2) additional twenty-four (24) month periods.
