Evidence Based Forensic Diversion Program

The purpose of this RFP is to select vendor(s) that can satisfy the State’s need for pre and/or post conviction, gender specific, evidence-based Forensic Diversion Programming for Men and/or Women. Forensic Diversion Programming shall be defined by IC 11-12-3.7. Programming must be designed to provide an adult who has mental illness and/or addictive disorder and who has been charged with a crime that is not violent an opportunity to receive community treatment and other services addressing mental health and addiction instead of or in addition to incarceration.
