Sealed proposals will be received by Evergreen School District No. 114 at the Administrative Service Center, in the Purchasing Department, Gold Complex, 13501 NE 28th Street, Vancouver, WA 98682, until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 14, 2012 for Voice Communication equipment and support to serve district sites.
A pre-proposal conference will be held Thursday, July 19, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Teal Complex - Conference Room at the Administrative Service Center, 13501 NE 28th Street, Vancouver, WA 98682. Attendance is optional, but encouraged.
The RFP issue date is July 12, 2012. Interested parties may obtain a copy of the RFP document from the District's Website (www.evergreenps.org) under About, Requests for Proposal.
The Board of Directors of the District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof.
