The United States Olympic Committee (USOC) in conjunction with USA Triathlon, will be hosting the 2019 Paratriathlon National Championships in Long Beach, California from 19-20 July 2019.
The California Army National Guard USPFO, has a requirement acquire event support for the 2019 Paratriathlon National Championships in Long Beach, California from 19-20 July 2019.

Solicitation W912LA-19-Q-0010 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The government will award a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation to a responsible vendor whose quote conforms to this solicitation and is considered most advantageous to the Government. Which quote is most advantageous to the Government will be determined based on the following evaluation factors: price, and relevant past performance. Relevant past performance will be evaluated based on references of three events of similar cost and complexity within the last three years.
Quotes should use the attached spreadsheet structure for pricing.


The vendor must be able to provide all equipment/materials specified in the statement of work. Further details regarding dates of delivery and requirements are set forth in the statement of work.


The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 561920 with a size standard of $11M. Contractors must state in their quotes their business size for this NAICS code.
The Period of Performance will be 17 July 2019 through 20 July 2019. Questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted NLT 24 June 2019 at 1:00 p.m. PST.
All responsible sources may submit an offer which, if received in a timely manner will be considered.


The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions. Therefore the offeror's initial quote should contain the offeror's best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to seek clarification or to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest; accept other than the lowest offer; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.

The requirements for submitting a quote are specified in Instruction to Offerors contained in RFQ W912LA-19-Q-0010.

A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer, whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
