Event Planning Services for Newsmaker Scholarship Lunch/Dinner February 2009
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the purpose of obtaining competitive proposals from qualified full-service event planners who are interested in providing full-service planning support for the Birmingham Association of Black Journalists annual Newsmaker Scholarship Lunch/Dinner.
The organization will be chosen based on its experience, knowledge of the community and understanding of the Birmingham metropolitan market; education, and skill of its staff; proposed methods and schedules; samples of previous event execution; and fees for services rendered. The proposing agency shall clearly identify the cost or fees involved for its services. Samples of previous work including print, radio, television, direct mail, marketing, website, and Internet will be considered for this review.
