Event Planning Services
The Contractor shall provide event planning services to include the following: registration of attendees, procurement of venue for meetings and conferences, coordinate food services with each venue, ship any necessary items to venue, provide signage for venue, and procure any necessary equipment needed for conferences and meetings.
