The City of Los Angeles (City) Department of Airports, Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Public Relations Division, LAX Community Relations Division, LA/Ontario International Airport (ONT) Community & Public Relations, and Van Nuys Airport (VNY) Public & Community Relations supports the Departments goals by establishing and maintaining effective two-way communications with the traveling public, news media, the travel and tourism industry, neighboring communities, and other stakeholder audiences regarding the policies, procedures, services, operations, developments, and future plans of LAWA and its four airports. Through its activities, the divisions accomplish the goals of building strong, positive relationships with our customers and surrounding communities.
