Event Management System Solution
The Board invites interested Suppliers to submit Proposals to furnish the University with proposals for replacing the current Event Management System (EMS) with a modern EMS. Proposed solutions should allow Outreach to deploy online registration web sites that are Oklahoma EITA and Federal 508 accessibility standards compliant. Outreach is interested in finding the most robust solution possible, so in addition to the baseline requirements Outreach is interested in proposals that include systems or modules of the following kinds: Customer Relationship Management, Content Management, Room Scheduling & Floor Space Booking, General Ledger, Housing / Hotel Registration, and Abstract Submission & Speaker Scheduling. If a proposed solution includes these elements then all technical, cost, and functionality information must be reflective of the whole proposed solution. The possibility exists that Outreach will choose not to purchase every system or module of the proposed solution. It is, therefore, very important that potential vendors make clear in the proposal which features and pricing apply to which system or module.
