Event Design, Decor, and Production Services
The University is requesting proposals for event design, decor, and production services for one year, with option to renew for an additional two years. Services would require event design firms to provide services, including but not limited to, event concept and thematic development, planning, design decor, production of unique decorative items/props, chair/table/linen rentals, lighting, floral centerpieces, pipe and drape, etc. Services do not include site/venue search and selection, catering services or entertainment.
