Evaluation of the Diabetic Retinopathy Screening Expansion Project
The California HealthCare Foundation (CHCF) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to evaluate a project that helps prevent diabetes-related blindness. The project is being expanded from a Central Valley pilot project involving 13 safety-net clinics to a statewide effort, eventually serving some 100 clinics and 100,000 patients.
