Evaluation of Shoreland Zoning Program
Maine DEP is seeking proposals to provide an assessment of the Mandatory Shoreland Zoning Act (MSZA), including recommendations to improve upon its administration, both from a local and state perspective. Proposals will also describe how the contractor will evaluate the overlap of NRPA and the MSZA and provide recommendations, as appropriate, to address this issue.
