The VENDOR is to conduct an implementation and preliminary impact evaluation of the community-based transitional services for female probationers program in Lake County. The selected VENDOR will be responsible for: (1) developing an evaluation design; (2) providing continuing feedback to the AGENCY concerning the evaluation design and progress of the evaluation, (3) carrying out the evaluation in a manner that provides quality feedback and complies with accepted principles of confidentiality and standards relating to social science research including human subjects, and (4) delivering a final evaluation report and data files to the AGENCY, in a form and manner specified by the AGENCY within the required timeframe.
