The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive proposals
from experienced and qualified persons who will report on land cover conversion
methods and data appropriate for indirect Land Use Change (ILUC), and create new
estimates of biomass and soil carbon stocks for each Global Trade Analysis Project
(GTAP) region and Agro-Ecological Zone (AEZ) using Geographic Information System
(GIS).
