Evaluation of Employee Health Services Clinic
The Contractor shall estimate satisfaction levels among current users of the Clinic. To this end, the Contractor shall conduct both a user survey (either mail, email or by phone, whichever is most cost-effective) as well as conduct focus groups or structured interviews with users. The State will collaborate with the Contractor to determine the appropriate minimum acceptable sample size and review and approve the proposed survey methodology. The Contractor shall be provided the names of users by the Clinic and shall contact the users directly.
