Evaluation and Analysis of the Best Beginnings STARS to Quality Program, Quality Improvement Rating System
The Department of Public Health and Human Services, invites you to submit a proposal for extensive Evaluation and Analysis of Early Childhood Program Development and Infrastructure of the Best Beginnings STARS to Quality Program before, during, and after the field-test period. The Best Beginnings STARS to Quality Program is a voluntary quality improvement rating system that aligns quality indicators with support and incentives for early childhood programs and early childhood professionals.
