Additional question for clarification

15. The timeline of deliverable(page 15: number 13: task 5) indicates that the final report and briefing are due within 23 months of contract award which seems to conflict with general timeline on page 9 (Table 2 - Timeline of the Ernest F. Hollings Undergraduate Scholarship Program Evaluation Activities) which states that Option Year 2 is spent preparing and delivering the final report and presentation/ briefing. Is it fair to assume that the timeline indicated on page 9 is the correct one?
