Evaluation Services for Tobacco Control and Prevention Programs
The City of St. Louis Department of Health Request for Proposal application reflects the
components each Proposer must address to demonstrate their expertise and capacity to
successfully evaluate community-based and school-based tobacco control and prevention
programs. Proposals must be submitted following the format requirements, address each of the
application components, and contain all required attachments to be considered for review.
