Evaluation Services
Note this is an extended due date.
The State intends to secure a contract with a single vendor to perform consulting services for the
evaluation of the State Health Services Clinic (the Clinic). In short, the
Contractor shall analyze the current utilization of the Clinic and make recommendations to further
improve its functionality as a health care center, cost-effectiveness and convenience for users. Additional
areas to be evaluated by the Contractor include the types of services offered at the Clinic; the ability to
include chronic disease management, wellness and EAP services; the pharmacy services and medicines
appropriate for such a clinic; reimbursement and pricing issues; and user satisfaction.
