The main purpose of the evaluation is to determine the effectiveness of the CoP project in its entirety and each individual element of the project. The formative evaluation will assess the nature of the project, the needs of the project (an environmental scan will be conducted separately) and the progress and implementation of the project. The summative evaluations will assess the overall project effectiveness and achievements. The evaluation will include, but not be limited to, survey data, interviews, focus groups, achievement data, and recommendations.
