This notice is posted to identify potential sources to perform the services described below and as market research only. Any proposals received in response to this notice will not be considered.
Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) is seeking qualified and experienced contractors capable and experienced in the evaluation of the various control systems at currently in use at Virginia Smith Converter Station (VSCS) and provide a written report regarding current status, risks and replacement options that will have minimal operational and financial impact upon the VSCS and the Government.
