Evaluate LSTA 5 Year Plan
The State invites proposals for the comprehensive evaluation of its Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) Five-Year State Plan, 2008-2012. This evaluation will assess the impact that the expenditure of annual LSTA funds has had on the library community and the residents of the state.
