EWEB is seeking qualifications/proposals from comprehensive multi-disciplinary design teams headed
by qualified, licensed, professional architects, urban planners and/or landscape architects to provide
Master Planning services for the Eugene Water & Electric Board Riverfront Master Plan Project. It is
intended that the responses to this RFQ will provide EWEB with the information necessary to select a
highly qualified design team with proven experience in master planning, including land use planning and
design for mixed use development of a waterfront site.
