Estate Management Specialist
The State of Maine Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Elder Services is seeking proposals from vendors to furnish financial and property management for clients under public guardianship and conservatorship. Duties include inventory of assets; accountings; coordinating the sale of real estate, motor vehicles and other property; insurance, billing, and banking issues. The vendor selected must be bonded.
