Essure Permanent Birth Control System
This is a Presolicitation Notice Only. No contract shall be awarded from this Presolicitation Notice. The anticipated requirement is for Essure (ESS305), Permanent Birth Control System, for Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center at Fort Hood, Texas 76544. This requirement will be unrestricted using NAICS code 325412, and number of employees less than 750. The period of performance will be 18 June 2014 through 30 September 2014. This acquisition will be procured under the authority of FAR 12 & 13. The government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price contract. The solicitation will be posted on or about 6 June 2014. All contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
