The following design criteria delineates the tasks and the responsibilities of a pre-approved design/build team and Escambia County in connection with the above referenced design/build project. The roadway and traffic control improvements include design and installation of an emergency vehicle traffic signal at the subject location. All design features and construction activities must comply with current Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and Escambia County design, construction standards, and specifications.
