This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of large businesses and small businesses, to include VIP-Verified Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) prospective contractors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 337214 (Office Furniture Manufacturer (Non-Wood)).
The Prep/Pack Electronic Workstation, Ergostat, Deluxe Electric is known to meet the Government s needs.
The Government is requesting that responsible Large and Small Businesses, including SDVOSB and VOSB sources respond if it can provide the following items on a brand name or equal basis:

Salient Characteristics (DELUXE ELECTRIC ERGOSTAT WORKSTATION or EQUAL):
1. Height Adjustable worktable with a surface height range from 26 B= to 42 1/2
minimum.
2. Electric Adjustable-height workstation equipped with a 120 Volt, 50/60 Hz., 3.0/2.2
Amp motor.
3. Height control box with rocker switch or push button and 8 1/2' to 10' power cord.
4. Cantilevered frame design; Heavy-gauge steel or Aluminum frames with durable powder-coat paint surfaces
5. Stainless steel workstation top with seamwelded corners and vibration-damping solid
core; required to be stainless steel to provide protection to instruments and to prevent any flaking from applied covering getting onto the instruments.
6. 500 lb. minimum lift capacity
7. Outlet power bar that provides 6 to 8. single circuit, 15 Amp, 120 Volt outlets to include
a lighted on/off switch with circuit breaker protection surrounded by a built in safety
guard and an 8' power cord.

Business size/Socioeconomic status;
If the product is on the Federal Supply Schedule or the Open Market; and
Memo or correspondence which authorizes distributor to distribute the manufacturer s products.
This is not a Request for Quote/Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submissions will not be returned to the sender. VOSBs and SDVOSBs must be registered and verified in VIP for consideration.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 337214 and the small business size standard is 500 employees.
