The winning vendor will work directly with 53 public libraries and conduct all required E-rate activities on behalf of these libraries for the E-rate 2011 funding year. Work will include completion of all required E-rate paperwork including applications, filings, and reports, and responsibility for handling all requests and inquiries related to E-rate for these 53 libraries.
