Equipment and Software Lease from JENTEK Sensors
Solicitation N00421-14-T-0364 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a Firm Fixed-Price basis and to solicit/negotiate the proposed purchase order on Sole Source basis with JENTEK Sensors, Incorporated, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). JENTEK is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and the only source who can lease the hardware and software for MWM-Array Scanning System and Data Acquisition and Control Computer and Software. Procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.
