Origin with delivery to SR Headquarters US Army Aviation and Missile, AMCOM Fleet Management Center AFMC, Holbrook Road, Building 738, Fort Bliss, Texas, 79916-5801 (W90BTD). Required delivery of 10 each, 181 Days after Contract Award (DACA). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. No Technical Data Packages will be mailed out, all offerors shall be registered in FBO and Joint Certification Program (JCP) certified and must request access via FBO to obtain the Technical Data Package for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
