Equipment Maintenance
The Department is seeking quotations for vendor(s) to provide full-coverage maintenance with all consumable products with cost-per copy rate. Service maintenance shall include, as a minimum, all routine cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, systems diagnostic test, hardware/software component/part replacements (when required), hardware retrofits and software upgrades as made available by the manufacture (see equipment hardware retrofits and software upgrades). Pricing specified herein shall be inclusive of all labor, technical support, equipment (including drums and masters, or like transfer parts, P.M. kits, materials, parts, hardware and software, consumable supplies (with the exception of paper), travel, per diem, and services required to maintain all equipment and their operation with OEM approved parts and supplies.
