Contractor shall work with Program staff to refine and further develop the list of specific conditions, points of contact, methods of notification and required action during public health emergencies or disaster events; and to conduct Real Time Disease Detection (RTDD) syndromic surveillance through surveillance of calls received by the poison centers.
