Environmentally Sensitive Lands Project
The goal of the Environmentally Sensitive Lands (ESL) project is to study and implement regulations that enhance natural and scenic resource protection in the Town of Oro Valley, Arizona. The project entails assessments of open space and visual resources; identification of strategies to preserve and maintain these vital lands; and refinement and development of ordinances to implement the strategies.
