Environmental Trade Show Decorator Services
The Contractor shall provide decorator services for the Environmental Trade Fair and Conference. The Contractor’s duties will include planning, preparation, setup, and operation of the exhibit hall; setup and modification of the registration area; preparation and setup of class information signs and kiosks for computers in hallways; decorations for luncheon, banquet and other areas; as well as communication with exhibitors prior to and during the event. The Contractor will be required to attend and participate in planning meetings (in Austin) as required.
