Environmental Site Assessments

The City is requesting proposals from qualified firms for professional services associated with the completion of Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) that address, but are not limited to, the environmental conditions noted in the completed Phase 1 reports. It is expected that the scope of work would include the following:
1. Subsurface Investigation Activities (soil and ground water testing as necessary)
2. Laboratory Testing
3. Phase II ESA Report Preparation that includes a discussion of the significance of findings and suggested remediation if deemed appropriate based on findings.
4. Project management and other activities.
