This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Quotation. The Maryland Air National Guard 2701 Eastern Blvd. Baltimore Md. 21220 is requesting quotes for environmental services. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202 (a)(13), Exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912K6-17-Q-2000 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 541380 and the small business size standard is $15.0M. This requirement falls under the Services Contract Act Wage Determination No.: 2005-2247. Please see attached Wage Determination.
Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM); if registration has not been accomplished the web site for registration is http://www.sam.gov. Payments will be made through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). QUOTES ARE DUE NOT LATER THAN 4:00PM, EST, 10 February 2017. SUBMIT QUOTES ELECTRONICALLY, FAXES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Government intends to make one award. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation. Period of Performance shall start 1March, 2017 for a duration of 1 year. EACH CLIN LINE MUST BE PRICED.
Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001- Outfall Monitoring and Stormwater Pollution
Monitor and inspect four (4) outfall sites IAW PWS. $________________
Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0002- National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) OIL/WATER Separator Inspection
Monitor seven (7) oil/water separators Contractor shall clean the above mentioned separators. $________________
Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0003- Cleaning
Clean the above mentioned separators IAW PWS. $________________
Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0004- Hazardous Waste Sample Collection, Laboratory Analysis and Reporting
Collect samples by experienced, qualified personnel and submitted to a certified lab for analysis IAW PWS. $________________
