The City of San Antonio, Environmental Service Department seeks proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive cost of service and rate design study of departmental operations and rate structure. The intent of the study is to independently assess and evaluate the City's existing Environmental Service rates and fees, plus provide policy and operational recommendations, including alternative rate methodologies.
