The Department is seeking Bid Proposals from Contractor(s) to perform various Environmental Services. It is the intent of the State to award to multiple Contractors that meet the qualifications outlined throughout this Document. Once a Contract is awarded, ConnDOT will use a selection process as described under the heading, "Procedures for Purchasing Services".
This contract will be utilized by any Using State Agencies, Political Subdivisions, and Not-for-Profit Organizations of the State of Connecticut.
